Halloween is next week and there are plenty of "tricks" to manage your social media and some "treats"for yourself. One great "trick" to managing and engaging your Twitter followers is Social Oomph. They offer a service to DM your new Tweeps (secret decoder ring: direct message your new followers on Twitter) with custom messages. You can also sign up for email summaries of keywords mentioned in or by anyone - in the world. As a brand or campaign, this is a great way to find potential supporters. A"treat" for yourself is Klout. They are a free service that measures your online network and level of influence and offers deals to influential people.
